Management

Robin Bradbury – CEO Mr. Bradbury founded re|solution prior to re|solution's funding.  Mr. Bradbury was the COO/CFO of DataClaim Financial, LLC.   Mr. Bradbury also served as the CFO of International Nursing Services, Inc., a publicly held medical staffing company and as the CFO of InfoNow Corporation, a publicly held developer of multi-media applications. A graduate of Brigham Young University (BS) and the University Of Utah (MBA), he began his career and spent eight years as a Certified Public Accountant with Deloitte Touche in Denver and Colorado Springs, Colorado.   Cliff Boyd - Partner Mr. Boyd has over 30 years of experience in health care, serving on hospital boards and most recently as Chairman of the Board for Parkland Hospital in Dallas, TX.  He brings a boardroom perspective of the needs and concerns hospitals face today.  He has a diverse background of experience in finance, auditing, communications and politics serving as the Mayor of Duncanville, TX for two terms and as Chairman of the Board and CEO of NFL Broadcasting.  He also founded CFM Inc., a factoring/finance company and brings 14 years of auditing experience within the Defense Department as a Certified Internal Auditor.  Mr. Boyd is a graduate of Baylor University (BBA) and Auburn University (MBA).   Michael A. Ronning - VP Client Services Mr. Ronning has 20 years of experience in health care administration, accounts receivable management, managed care contracting, and revenue cycle outsourcing. He possesses expertise in all aspects of revenue cycle management including patient access, hospital business services, and CBO operations. He has restructured revenue cycle departments, turned around unprofitable operations, and trained and mentored staff and management. Most recently, he served as Associate VP of Revenue Cycle Management for Perot Systems Healthcare. He has also worked as VP of Operations for TRIAD, an outsourcing company, and in management positions with M.D. Anderson Cancer Center and Texas Children’s Hospital. Mr. Ronning is a graduate of Providence College (BS) and also holds a Master of Health Administration degree from Saint Louis University.   Merced Gonzales – VP Information Systems Mr. Gonzales developed and maintains re|solution’s connectivity model using VPNs and high-speed data transfer lines. Mr. Gonzales has served in progressively increasing management roles with Dell Computers in Austin, TX, and most recently was the Prism Group IS Manager in Denver, CO.   Mr. Gonzales has numerous Microsoft and Cisco certifications and is a graduate (BS) of the University of Texas - Austin.
