Robin Bradbury - President
Mr. Bradbury founded re|solution, and as the company’s president, he is responsible for providing corporate leadership in strategic development and growth. Under his direction, re|solution has become the leading independent provider of revenue cycle services to rural, community, and acute care hospital facilities. Prior to founding re|solution, Robin was the COO/CFP of DataClaim Financial, LLC. He also served as the CFO of International Nursing Services, Inc., a publicly held medical staffing company, and as the CFO of InfoNow Corporation, a publicly held developer of multi-media applications. Robin began his career as a Certified Public Accountant with Deloitte Touche.
Robin received a B.S. from Brigham Young University and a M.B.A from the University of Utah.
Mr. Bradbury is a thought leader in the revenue cycle arena, having spoken at many VHA and HFMA regional and national events. He has also published articles in HFMA and Revenue Cycle Strategist magazines.
Mr. Harrison became a re|solution partner in 2013 while consulting various risk management and revenue cycle clients. Recently he has assumed the responsibility for direction of all financial, administrative and operational aspects of the organization.
Darwin is the founder of Valued Empyrean, a conglomerate of organizations spanning from non-profit work to financial investments and consulting. Each group is organized to help people Venture into a better way of life through Activity, Leisure, Unity and Education. Through this partnership, Darwin has developed “The Value Way” a unique approach to thinking about problems and solutions that continues to evolve. He has introduced this methodology to the re|solution organization as well.
A former senior healthcare executive with over twenty-five years of progressive management experience including finance, operations, information technology, strategic planning, business development and human resources, Darwin is best known for facilitating win-win solutions for various partnerships within large public companies, IPOs, and corporate spin-offs. He has worked for First National Bank, Price Waterhouse, Santa Fe Pacific Corporation, Greer Enterprises, Lovelace Clinic Foundation, Ardent, and ABQ HealthPartners. He has served in various executive roles and detailed project management roles as part of Value Consulting LLC and the Value Partnerships, and has participated on the boards of over 20 non-profit organizations.
Darwin received a B.S. from Brigham Young University and a MAcc also from Brigham Young University (Tax Emphasis).
Misty McPherson - Exective Director of Operations
Ms. McPherson is re|solution’s discovery director responsible for all non-insource clients, She has been in healthcare management for over twenty years, specializing in Clinical Practice Administration and Hospital Revenue Cycle Management. For the last three years she has specialized in rural health and critical access hospitals.
Prior to joining re|solution, Ms. McPherson simultaneously managed up to five hospitals with over 500 CBO staff members. Her healthcare management background has spanned the entire revenue cycle from patient access through HIM to cash posting.
Misty has been officially trained and certified in ICD-9, ICD-10, CPT-4, and HCPCS, and she is an instructor at the Lampasas Higher Education Center.
Cheryl Kenneth-Jenkins - re|store Director
Ms. Kenneth-Jenkins is the re|store director responsible for managing all insourced engagements. She has managed revenue cycle processes for more than 30 years and has worked with faith based, for profit, and community hospitals all over the country. She has developed a specialty in hospital turnarounds and reorganizations and worked briefly in the healthcare software industry.
Prior to joining re|solution, Ms. Kenneth-Jenkins worked for HCT at a rural hospital in Nevada as an interim Patient Access manager. Before HCT, she worked for seven years at a national for profit healthcare system.
Ms. Kenneth-Jenkins has a Bachelors degree from Loma Linda University in liberal arts with advanced studies in health administration at Illinois Benedictine University. She has also taught college courses in billing and collections.
Dr. Owen Ellis - Board Member
Dr. Owen Ellis received his Medical Degree in 1994 from the University of Colorado School of Medicine, followed by an Internal Medicine Internship at Presbyterian-St. Luke’s Hospital in Denver Colorado. He completed his residency in Anesthesiology in 1998 at the University of California - San Diego. Dr. Ellis became board certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology in October 1999 and recertified, August 2009. He was a clinical instructor of Anesthesiology for the University of California-San Diego from 1998 to 2009.
Dr. Ellis has been in Private Practice with Boulder Valley Anesthesiology, Boulder, CO since 2000. He was the managing partner from 2006-2010 and remains a practicing Physician with that group. In 2012 he helped create and then accepted the position of Medical Director of the Boulder Community Hospital Surgical Department. He works with the OR Nursing Director to manage all areas of the Surgery Department.
